Clarity

A calm space to understand your idea before you spend time, money, or energy in the wrong direction. We slow down, make sense of your vision, and choose the next steps with intention.

How I work

No rush, no pressure, no guessing.

Clarity is velocity

Speed isn't about moving fast. It's about not having to go back. We slow down to make sure the next step is the right one.

Subtract to add

Complexity is the enemy of execution. Instead of adding features to solve problems, we remove the noise to find the solution.

Calm is a strategy

Panic creates bugs, in code and in thinking. Real strategy needs space to breathe, think, and decide with certainty.

Is this for you

This might be
for you, if…

You're holding a rough idea and want to treat it with care before rushing into execution. Probably not the best fit if you want quick certainty, a pushy pace, or someone to prove value at every step.

What we do together

From confusion to clarity.

  1. 01 · 90 min

    Sensemaking session

We clarify the real problem, explore your reasons, assumptions and worries, and build a shared picture of what's really going on.

  2. 02 · document

    Orientation map

A clear one- or two-page document you can hand to investors or developers. It captures the problem, the risks, and the first safe steps.

  3. 03 · 60 min

    Decision session

We revisit the map, sharpen the direction, and turn it into decisions and priorities you can trust.

The full engagement, all three steps, is €1,500. No hidden fees, no ongoing retainer.

The quiet shift

What changes.

For you

Constant pressure to move
Permission to pause
Saying yes to everything
Confidence in the no
Circling the same thoughts
An end to the loop
Second-guessing yourself
Trust in your own judgment

For your product

A pitch nobody follows
A story investors actually get
A solution looking for a problem
A problem worth solving
A wishlist of features
A roadmap developers respect
Users who shrug
First customers who care

How we start

Three small steps to know it's a fit.

  1. 01 · about 15 min

    A guided intake

A few questions that help you think, at your own pace. They help me see your idea, and a copy is yours to keep whether we work together or not.

  2. 02 · 20 min

    A short call

We talk live, feel the pace, and see whether the way we think lines up, on both sides.

  3. 03 · if it's a yes

    Sensemaking and the map

If we both feel it's right, we begin with the sensemaking session and build your orientation map.

What happens after

Every ending is a good one.

  1. A

    You move forward with clarity

Take the orientation map and run with it: hand it to developers, share it with investors, or keep it as your north star.

  2. B

    We keep working together

If you'd like support as you build, there's lightweight advisory: async check-ins and focused sessions when you need them.

  3. C

    You pause, and that's fine

Sometimes clarity means realising now isn't the right time. The map is yours to revisit whenever you're ready.
